Ferguson to NYC: A Fast Food Worker’s Journey for Justice

Local McDonald’s workers felt that it would distract from the focus in their community on the Michael Brown tragedy if they held a strike right now in Ferguson. They decided to up their game and join their brothers and sisters in New York City. It was great to see how they made the connection between what happened to Brown and the need to stand up for themselves whenever the opportunity presents itself.
